Manchester City have turned down the signing of Spanish midfielder Saul Niguez. On the final day of the summer transfer window, it was Chelsea, who signed on loan from Atletico Madrid.

The Daily Star reports that Manchester City head coach Pep Guardiola is not interested in signing Saul in midfield. After an offer from Atletico Madrid asked to swap with Bernardo Silva on the last day of the summer transfer window.
